ICTDialer is an open source Voice, SMS and Fax communications marketing software that is built over Drupal CMS, Freeswitch and Plivo communication framework. It can be scaled to blast thousands of simultaneous calls using either VoIP, Foip or PSTN. One important feature of ICTDialer is a flexible and interactive IVR designer (developed in RaphaelJS) that allows you to develop complex telephony applications in minutes. For testing, you can call to any freeswitch extension that is registered with some voip client. For example, register extensions 1001 and 1002 of freeswitch with zoiper and then create a contact group having these two extensions as contacts. Then start a new campaign that dial this contact group. You’ll notice that zoiper will start ringing. However, to dial a real contact list, you’ll need to setup trunk and other stuff in freeswitch.
